1.1 Eligibility. In order to use the Service, (a) you must register for a “Selling On Amazon Payment Account”, as described below (an “Account”), providing complete and accurate registration information and (b) if you are an individual, be at least 18 years of age and, if you register as a legal entity, your business, profession or profession must be established and licensed in one of the countries we support; to act, as indicated on our websites or Seller Central, if you register for an account. You must meet our authorization requirements to register and maintain an account. We treat all activities under one account as those of the registered user. You may not use the Service or your account on behalf of any other person or entity. You must immediately update the registration information with each change so that it is complete and correct at all times, and updates to your registration information may be transferred to other accounts you have with us. We reserve the right to refuse to provide or stop the service to a natural or legal person or to close the account of a natural or legal person, at any time for any reason whatsoever. For unbilled orders, you authorize Amazon Payments, Inc., to act as your representative to process payments, refunds, and adjustments to your transactions, obtain and retain sales products on your behalf, transfer the proceeds of the sale to your bank account, charge your credit card, and pay Amazon and its associates any amounts you have under this or other agreements, that you might have with Amazon associates. For invoiced orders, authorize: (a) Amazon Capital Services, Inc. act as an agent to process payments, refunds and adjustments for your transactions and obtain and retain the proceeds of the sale on your behalf; and (b) Amazon.com LLC Services to act as a representative to transfer the proceeds of the sale to your bank account, charge your credit card, and pay Amazon and its associates any amounts you owe in accordance with this agreement or other agreements you may have with Amazon. Amazon Payments, Inc., Amazon Capital Services, Inc., and Amazon.com Services LLC are each an “Amazon Payments Agent.” The respective Amazon Payments agents provide the services described in these Transaction Processing Terms and the related services described in Sections S-1.4, S-2.2, S-5, and F-8.3 of the Agreement (together the “Transaction Processing Services”).
